Demonstration Housing Project (DHP)

Demonstration Housing Project (DHP) by Building Materials And Technology Promotion Council. New Delhi awarded the project at Dimapur, Nagaland kick-started today with signing of contract agreement with the contracting agency & technology provider #BhargavInfrastructure. The project comprises of 40 DUs along with physical infrastructure & a community centre in G+2 configuration spreading in about 1853 sqm area to be used as Working Women Hostel on rental basis by the state Govt.


The technology used is #CementEPSpanels (an innovative dry wall construction) of #BhargavInfrastructure. These panels are quite effective to fast track construction with better structural & functional performance.

Is the only manufacturer of EPS (Thermocol Ball) Base LightWeight Wall Panels Known As "Bhargav Panel" in India With a Fully Automatic Production Line with a capacity of 2 lacs sq. feet per month. It was established in the year 2010 with an aim to provide sustainable construction solutions considering future needs.

We believe in working as a team, and our expert professionals facilitate us in manufacturing an exclusive range of custom-made modular furniture, decorative home lights, and panting. The team makes judicious use of various machines and tools installed in our state-of-the-art manufacturing and designing units. Our unit also helps us deliver even the bulk quantities of our products within a stipulated time frame.

1) Low-Cost House: This is necessary and required around the world., especially in countries like India, China, Thailand, etc. whose population, as well as G.D.P growth, is increasing and many other countries of the African continent where the shelter for poor people is a bigger challenge. So the demand & requirement of these housings is very necessary. In those countries, the Government Organisations are not in a position to fully fill this necessity. We understood the need and came up with Bhargav Panel, a fast construction, lighter, innovative product and which can be used in any part of the world irrespective of geography. We are constantly working on sustainable products to fulfill future needs.


2) Pre- Engineered Buildings: It is also called PreFab Structures. It is the new requirement of the infrastructure market. Nowadays, the market needs are as per climate conditions, environment safety, labors problem, time factor & value for money of buildings, which are sustainable lightweight fast in construction, innovative, living fewer carbon footprints in construction & reusable. We use this kind of structure, especially in commercial buildings, tiny town residential, farmhouses, resorts, big metropolitan cities, where space & time both are a significant challenge. It will decrease the use of concrete in buildings & maximum materials can be reusable, saving natural resources like water, sand, and concrete.

So, our product "Bhargav Panel" is a direct replacement for traditional constructing walls, which require a lot of natural resources such as water, fertile soil, gas, coal, etc. in manufacturing. It helps us save raw materials in the process and results in minimum wastage in the application.

We have changed the design and functioning of our products to make them environmentally viable

Keeping the environment in mind, we are using less water in manufacturing the product. Unlike other products, the manufacturing process does not need autoclaving or any heat process to increase the strength of the product; it just needs natural curing one week after the process. Moreover, Bhargav Panels require nearly 0% of water usage at the time of installation against traditional brick blocks that need a lot of water in their applications for curing them.
